I combine a mix of CBT, NLP and TA techniques (which I’ll only ever say in full when I’m trying to sound intelligent) and create personalised plans, tasks and homework according to what you need! Every week we’ll get together over email, Whatsapp, Skype or maybe even coffee & cake and get to the root of your troubles, looking at what we can do to make things better and what steps we’re going to take to help you be the woman you want to be, concentrating on the serious and the fun stuff. You’ll also get access to all of my self-help exercises, my downloadable workbooks & my recommended reading fooorever.
